RAMADAN 2017

Image
*PRISONS IFTAAR 2017*. 60 pesewas per meal; 1.80pesewas for a whole day meal 😢. For one to avoid some diseases and have a successful fast, a person must avoid starving and also consume foods with very high nutritional value. MYHEREAFTER PROJECT  brings to your doorstep this RAMADAN the maiden Prisons iftaar. This project aims at making the fasting a little bit easier and comfortable for our brothers who find themselves in the prisons. We plan on providing iftaar for the inmates of *Tamale Prison* Inmates throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. Providing for about 100 inmates for 30 days won't be an easy task, but with your usual support we believe we can achieve more than what we have imagined. We are gathering donations both in cash and kind from the general Muslim ummah; from now till the end of Ramadan. Kindly support us or call for more information on our contacts: Mtn:(mobile money): 0540192970 Airtel(money) :0267716616 You can also read more about us on...

THEY NEVER QUIT, IT WAS A SWITCH

Image
THEY NEVER QUIT, IT WAS A SWITCH It's either we learn to say it right, or we stop talking about it all together. The successful people in life never quit *education*. Education can be formal, informal, assisted or self-taught. Some of them left school because they couldn't afford fees, but they got books to teach themselves. They turned to people around them to get enlightment. Unfortunately, the only part we see is that they quit school and became successful. How can a person be successful in something he or she is ignorant about. It is true they did not sit in the classroom, it is also true that they never stopped working hard and studying. They did not quit, they switched. Realizing that what they were studying was not what they wanted, it was not something they had at heart, they decided to switch to something they had at heart, something they will never have to give up on or switch from again. You are also at liberty to switch ways. After this switch was a successive y...

THIS PRE-WEDDING PHOTOSHOOT IS GOING OUT OF HAND

Image
THIS PRE-WEDDING SHOOT IS GOING OUT OF CONTROL After taking off the hijab in the name of this pre-wedding photoshoot, now they are taking off the Abaaya itself leaving vest and underwear you can call it night wear, subhaanallah. As far as I knew, the night gown was to be use to make our husbands go crazy in the room and not make the world cast an evil eye on our holiness. How do you seek for Allah's blessings in a marriage you stripped naked before starting. Pre-wedding? my dear brother , if she can start wearing the night gown before the whole world and you still take her in, swallow your tears when her terror starts after marriage. We keep shouting let's make the zongo better, let's make ourselves better but its so difficult for us to fight our ownsleves. I am not holy Mary and I don't know how bad I will become in future, but we pray that Allah makes us better and not worse, may Allah rather take our lives than let us go astray. If you have already done it, jus...

SAY NO TO BEGGERS,LET'S DOMINATE WITH QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCE.

Image
*WE ARE DOMINATING THE WORLD, LET'S DO SO WITH QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCE* I still remember those minutes when I had to silently shed tears after being beaten by my mother. And that was the last time I stretched my hand to beg for something from a stranger. If my mind set me right, begging was frowned upon during our childhood but what are we seeing today. Begging is now a glorified profession. This boy who will be between the ages of 11-16, with a can of tintomato around his neck, supported by a string came towards me, He pointed his hands to his mouth which we will all interpret us "give me something to buy food" or "give me food to eat". I can't express what I felt, whether it was anger or pity. I asked a native who are these kids only to be told that "they are kids brought here to memorize the Quran". Kaman How? I actually do not believe it but whatever the issue is, a child between the ages of 11-16 should be sitting in the classroom and not o...

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FROM MHP

Image
*🌜MHP 🌛SENDS OUR GRATITUDE* It been 2weeks since we started seeking for funds to buy diapers, toiletries and baby food for the Tamale Orphanage. The support was massive and comforting. Alhamdulilah we had a successful donation and also spent sometime to share some warmth with the kids. All of this wouldn't be successful without each and everyone of you. *My HereAfter Project* is saying a very big *THANK YOU* to everyone who helped both in cash and kind, also  to those who had the least  intention to do so. The goodwork will continue and we believe your support is one thing we can always count on. May Allah bless us all and grant us the best of our wishes. Aamin #MyHereAfterProject #Thankyou🙏 Plz share👍🏻

A DISABILITY HOME OR ORPHANAGE?

Image
Most of us are into charity work in this country, actors are donating, these small bodies are also donating. But what do we see, it seems these orphans never get enough, they seem to be always lacking, are they entitled to only used clothings, can't they also wear something brand new. I have not visited all the orphanage homes in Ghana, but the few I have visited is having kids who look like they are disabled, kids who look like they are malnourished, kids who cannot even speak, kids who need intensive care and not what they are receiving. The budget of Ghana was  read some weeks ago and the names of orphans was no where to be found. It is as if they are not part of Ghana. We have heard all sorts of campaign messages including cultivating cassava, but we never hear anything about taking care of orphans. Is it that we have forgotten about them or we have intentionally neglected them? The day I visit OSU orphanage home, I will call for a Press conference. Even the nature of the ...

DEAR CHEIF IMAM,I AM AN ORPHAN,I AM A MUSLIM TOO

Image
I quickly run to the delete bottom on my Facebook post to delete my post about a girl who told at the kumasi government Orphanage she was allowed to go for islamic studies every weekend. After someone drew my attention to the fact that, this girl was not an orphan and was allowed to go for islamic studies because her parent work at the orphanage and they moved into the home after their house got burnt. And that Muslims don't get any Islamic upbringing in this orphanage. I then decided to inquire from the mothers if these kids have any provisions when it comes to Islamic training? One mother at the Kumasi Orphanage told me, there is nothing like that because there is no one to teach them or take them through such. I was grieved by that statement, how can a whole government orphanage in a democratic country, with an office of the CHIEF IMAM not have provision for Muslim orphans. Anyway, we can start a change I told myself. I went back to the orphanage after our visit to meet the ...
